Apparently they outsource contracts and different moving companies accept the jobs... had a reservation for 1pm the guys didnt even show up until after i called to see if there was a problem. Then the liason had to call out to the company. When they did finally come over an hour late.
By the time they had arrived my husband and my nephew already had one pod completely emptied.They two guy's both named Jeremy reeked of weed and chewing tobacco and kept stopping to make small talk and show me pictures of his kids and "how many steps he has on his pedometer". After the job was done (which my husband and nephew ran circles around the hired movers) they stuck around talking how, 'If we would have booked through their company 'Move ahead services' we could have got a cheaper deal" and a bunch of really inappropriate comments.
Our furniture is scratched, when they peeled out of my parking lot they launched the rock landscaping everywhere.
I then called hire a helper because only 2 out of 4 guys came, they were LATE, and we STILL GOT CHARGED for the additional hours but they 'did us a favor by refunding the extra two movers since they weren't utilized"

NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN would i EVER use this service again. Not only do they outsource to shady companies, their customer service is beyond awful. They are refusing to refund my money for services not utilized.

They called and arrived promptly at the time he told me. I was a little skeptical of them because they looked very young but they proved that they knew what they were doing. They packed my pod tightly and were friendly while they worked. Both worked very hard and were very careful with our belongings I only wished my pod was about 2 feet longer and they could be there to help me unload the pod.

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
