When I booked our movers, they called right away and were helpful answering questions. At 1:30pm the day prior to our move (scheduled the following day between 8-9am), I did call myself to confirm everything. I was surprised they hadn’t already done that themselves. Day of, they called around the time expected and gave us an ETA on the early side of our window, so that was nice. They both introduced themselves and for the most part friendly. They mentioned they had left some of their equipment (lift straps) on a previous job, so their work was harder than it needed to be for some items. We did have a broken item and some wall damage. In their defense, we were trying to cram a couch down into a basement with a tight turn on the steps. I was surprised to hear them say that the owner deducts those types of things from their paychecks, which was disappointing. There are other ways to hold employees accountable and encourage carefulness, in my opinion. We did have a very heavy dresser that they powered up the steps. Kudos to them! We did run over on time and they stayed without hesitation. We were able to compromise on extra time charges for the damage. So, I was pleased they were able to “make it right.” Thank you for the help!

They called about a half hour before arriving to verify everything was on schedule. They arrived at the requested time and worked continuously for the entire scheduled time. They were very careful getting bulky items like the treadmill through doors without scratching anything. They packed my packrat container so that nothing will shift in transit.

We had Alex and Rainn as our movers. They were absolutely great. They showed up earlier than stated (good thing) and were careful, efficient, and overall very respectful of me and our stuff. Its almost if as they were moving their own things! They were a pleasure and could not recommend them enough. We would definitely use them again!

Extremely helpful! Courteous, fast, flexible. We had extra items in several areas besides the garage, they accommodated our needs with no problems. Arrived early, finished earlier than expected but well worth the full rate.

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
