Super fast and careful with all of the things. Showed up on time and got to work immediately.

Movers arrived at the expected time (they called to let me know they were having trouble finding the place, and I gave them directions.) They seemed prepared and worked very hard, unloading a full 16ft PODS container in less than 2 hours. Nothing damaged and they were very respectful of the property. They checked with me on the placement of each box and item. I would definitely use Smart Move again in the future !

I hired smart move to pack two shipping containers. They were careless and arrogant, ignoring my warnings about what was fragile and specific things to watch out for. Now I am finding many damaged and broken things as I unpack. Try someone else, these guys are terrible.

Smart Move was great to work with. They confirmed my appointment and were even able to get to me earlier in the day which was nice. Moving day they called to let me know they were on their way and when the guys arrived they hit the ground running and had all my stuff moved into the pod in less than two hours. Also, they took lots of care with my items and wrapped them with blankets as well as with plastic wrap to insure they would be protected on their journey to my new place. I was very happy with their service, attention to detail and promptness. Would definitely use again if I had a need for moving labor help.
