The gentlemen who helped us unload a 26 foot truck were truly outstanding. While they ran a few minutes late, they called ahead and let us know exactly what was happening. When they arrived they were extremely courteous and took painstaking care with our belongings. At every turn, they both went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work. All this while unloading a truck in 90+ degree heat! We would recommend them to anyone!

They were extremely knowledgeable and really knew how to pack a container. They were on time, came prepared and worked hard. In addition, they were very personable, polite and really wanted to please. We couldn't have ask for a better team and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving/packing/loading help. We are using them again for our second container.

C&C Moving Company was OK. I was very impressed with the speed of the call I received from their owner (about 20 minutes after hiring the company). I also received a text message the day before confirming my move time and location.
The three movers showed up on time and did their best in the South Texas heat. I was very impressed with their speed in loading the truck and provided a tip for their efforts because of the large number of items I needed loading.
However, towards the end of the move they began to get careless (probably due to the heat and time constraints). There were major pieces of furniture left in the house, additional boxes that should have been loaded, and random things not loaded (such as the mirror to my wife's chest of chest of drawer set). To be fair I did not do thorough walk through of the house when they said they were done.
Two areas I really had an issue with was the lack of protection on the furniture. When I unloaded the truck I found many instances where easy to scratch furniture was pushed against the side of the truck or stacked in a way that caused scratches. I did provide sheets and blankets for the movers to use but found them not used.
I also found very heavy boxes on top of light boxes. Nothing was broken but finding heavy boxes on light boxes did surprise me.
Overall, I would recommend using C&C Moving but I suggest supervision of the loading of furniture, stress they use blankets and covers for all easy to scratch furniture, and make sure to look throughout the house to make sure nothing was left.

There were three guys that showed up on time. They were respectful, courteous and will prompt. They worked very efficiently and were done early. I definitely recommend C&C moving services.

Todd and Mark arrived on time. They had a great work ethic and handled our belongings with care. Even though we were a 3rd floor no elevator move in, they had a positive attitude the whole time. We would absolutely use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Movers will arrive 10 minutes prior, do a walk-through, and get right to work. No slackers here. We value our customers time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer should be ready upon our arrival, everything boxed. If we are loading, Customer should have tie-downs, so, that we can secure everything into their trucks and nothing shifts while it’s being driven. This prevents damage.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local, residential, commercial, and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of moving is getting to know our customers and meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are huge on customer service. We have thorough training on loading and unloading. We packed a very tight truck, that even a car key cannot fit between the boxes. The worst thing is for our customers to have to leave something behind.
