Justin Time Moving has been by far the most pleasant experience in regards to our relocations from past to the present. Through the duration of our journey we had some difficulties with the PODS company that required us to change out appointment several time and each time Justin Time accommodated with no issues. I believe it was the 4th time before we were even charged a single re-scheduling fee which shows the amazing customer care this company has and their willingness to work with you. The date that we received our POD I call them directly as they had let me know prior to just give them a heads up and they would be there, and they delivered. With in an hour of the POD delivery they were at my home ready to unpack, 2 hour before the scheduled time. There were two gentleman in dark polos, so kudos on the uniformity of the crew, and they were there to work and they completed the unload with plenty of time to spare having been prepared to work hard and knock this out for us. They showed the utmost respect to our new home and all of our belongings. I would absolutely recommend and use their services again without question.
