They provided a good move on short notice over a holiday weekend. Everything went smoothly. They worked hard, followed placement instructions and were respectful. I would definitely be happy to use them again. I am very happy to have found this company and get moved on short notice.

Overall – the movers who showed up “stepped up” and did a great job, but some frustration getting to the end of loading the truck. The site showed this vendor would “pack, load and clean”. About a week out I called and found out they no longer offer cleaning. I asked about the packing and was told “we needed to provide all the boxes”, which was not a big deal and we planned to make sure we had boxes. The movers showed up and all they were there to do was load the truck. They called the main office who called me to tell me it “takes a special person to pack” and it was not something I had requested. I reminded them I had called to ask about packing. No one extra showed up but the two movers and I were able to get the apartment packed and they loaded the truck without issue. So the beginning was a little stressful, but the two guys who showed up were amazing and got the job done.
