We got the load and unload service. Everything was done in 3 hours, which was very impressive. The movers moved with purpose and made sure everything was done to our liking. The service included a truck and the price was very affordable. The movers were kind and very gentle with our belongings. I recommend!

This was booked by a third party. I was told I would need to hire a third mover (instead of two) but they had the specialized equipment to move a specific piece. It turns out they could not move it. I will need to hire another crew with the proper equipment. Otherwise, the movers were friendly and efficient.
I changed my rating to five stars because the only issue I had is in the process of being resolved. The owner and I have a fair agreement to resolve. I believe the owner (Justin) wants to provide the customer with complete satisfaction as he contacted me when he learned of the miscommunication by the third party (Hire A Helper). I will update this review to let you know when our agreement is satisfied!

Kelly and the other gentleman did an outstanding job. A couple of minutes past the due time at 11 am, but the job and move to storage was finished on time. Very courteous movers and took good care of all my belongings. I left a tip with them before they departed the storage facility. I definitely will recommend your service to anyone in need of moving.
