Mover was late, then the half owner decided to not move anything because I asked him to stop arguing about the time they arrived. When I asked him to go to work because I paid for 2 hours he said he wasn't my slave. ??Ridiculous. And then left. I had to pay another mover to come finish the move.
Based on our review of the situation, a disagreement occurred regarding the crew’s arrival time and the interaction became increasingly confrontational. Our team ultimately made the decision to leave the property rather than allow the situation to escalate further. We do not condone disrespectful communication from either our employees or customers, and we have addressed the matter internally.
We regret that the move was not completed as planned and understand the inconvenience of having to arrange another moving company. Our San Antonio moving team strives to provide professional, respectful, and dependable service, and we are disappointed that this experience did not reflect those standards.

When they got here, they went straight to work. They were super fast and got everything out that we needed them to get out and the two hours that we had allotted. Knowing what I know now I wish I would have scheduled for more time and we probably could’ve gotten everything loaded but the workers were fantastic professional and did a great job.
