What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer of I-PACK will receive confirmation of arrival at least 1 hour before arrival. While on the job i-PACK helpers will be there to safely and efficiently work with the customer to fulfill all exptactions of the job with a 5 star mentality.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
I-PACK helpers will greet you in courteous manner and ask where can we get started. i-PACK believes in 1st impressions so don't worry we won't stink or look unpresentable.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving is a lot less stressful when you break it up in sections and pack a little every night. Pre stagging the night before is guaranteed to save us time which saves you money.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of being a mover is meeting new people from all over world. Meeting new people and helping them is what gets us out of bed every day. Leaving the job with a customer that has a smiling face is priceless.
