Mike and his two man crew were absolutely amazing! They were SO POLITE, prompt and worked quickly!
Mike had heard I had a horrible experience with King of Quality Packing and Moving (Bay Area) and wanted to come supervise and check in to make sure I felt at ease. I was embarrassed- the way KQPM “packed” my things- so many things were broken. They were so patient with trying to get the POD to open bc the other company didn’t pack or load correctly and everything fell and we had to break the item that got wedged in the door.
Mike was so easy to communicate with and was flexible when my new community was making it difficult to move in by making last minute changes over and over.
I cannot thank Mike and his Irish crew enough! I will only be using this company moving forward.

Mike and Terry did a great job trying to pack way too much crap into a 16’ Pack Rat container. They were courteous with all of our belongings and stayed late to see if there was anything else they could squeeze in last minute for us. We had a very difficult request and they tackled it well. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for moving day is to have your boxes packed and taped. Your furniture, dismantled and padded and
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
