As a single female moving alone, I was very concerned about the move. The two guys from Mach 1 were excellent; very friendly, moved quickly and packed my furniture and boxes carefully and securely. When I arrived at my destination 650 miles away, everything was in great shape. It's a team effort though, so be prepared when they arrive!

I have used Mach 1 Moving company twice and each time have been very impressed with their work. They did a fantastic job loading everything carefully into the truck and were careful with the goods. They let me know about any scratches or dents on my things before they loaded them into the truck. The men used their time wisely and did not take a lot of breaks. They had good suggestions to make the move easier and were very respectful and polite to us. They did the best job of packing a lot of things into the truck of any company that I have ever used.

Mike Oliver and Adam his assistant did such an outstanding job for me. They went out of their way to put everything just where it belonged and they even put my bed together which was a difficult task to say the least.
They were both very professional and did not waste one minute after they arrived to unload my POD.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat and feel so Blessed that they accepted my request for help!

I had some last minute changes to my moving plans, and ended up needing to arrange unloading help at my new apartment. I picked Mach 1 Moving, and was very impressed with their service from beginning to end!
The moving team arrived as scheduled, and brought their own equipment to use while unloading. They also brought extra pads to place on the doors & other locations as needed to protect them from bumps & scratches, ensure that not only my property but also my apartment was protected during the process.
The two-man team worked very hard, and got the job done in less time than I had expected. I had requested extra time from them to help with arranging furniture after the unloading was done, so this provided even more opportunity for them to help us with setting up the dining room table, shuffling bookshelves back and forth, and arranging boxes to make the unpacking processes easier for me.
Throughout the entire process, I feel took great care of everything they handled. They were clearly considerate and responsive to my requests for placement. In addition, they were very friendly throughout the process and it felt more like I had friends helping me than a moving company I'd contacted just a day before!
I will definitely use Mach 1 Moving again on my next move, and will be recommending them to all of my friends who need moving labor help in the area.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
