I had to be out of my condo by 3pm. The plan was to have 3 movers come out for 3 hours and be out by 1pm and have a few hours to clean the place. 3 movers showed up. One was intoxicated and my husband called Martin Movers to notify the company that one of their employees was intoxicated. The company told the intoxicated employee to take off so he did and so did his buddy so we were left with one mover. I had to take my baby to the sitters because of all the commotion. The one that stayed did a great job taking the boxes downstairs but he had to wait for another mover to show up to help him take all the heavy items downstairs. I reached out to Martin movers as well as hire a helper and Martin Movers told me that they would send another mover but they didn’t have a third employee to send. By the time everything was said and done it was 2:30 and I ended up surpassing the time limit I was supposed to be out of my condo and hand in all my keys. I am extremely disappointed by the service Martin Movers provided. I do not plan to ever book with them ever again.
