Very disappointed. Poor communication, not getting back to me about whether he could get additional guys (never did), and was an hour late compared with what we agreed upon on the phone. And there was no communication during that hour until I texted to ask if they were still coming. When they arrived, they were smoking cigarettes and took their sweet time getting started. The main guy, Justin, knew what he was doing in terms of the actual moving. But the other guy was terrible. He was very weak and out of shape and had no moving experience and was blabbering about it the whole time. He was doing more talking then moving. So unprofessional! And I blame Justin for hiring him. I couldn’t wait till they were gone! We had to hire a second crew to finish what they didn’t get to.

Justin and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. They did a great job packing our POD. They were good communicators and they did a great job of working together. They were respectful of our property and used critical thinking for how to arrange items in the POD in a way that kept everything safe.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will receive an email verifying the date and time of move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call when we are on our way. When we arrive, we initially do a walk-through before getting started.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In order to best prepare for your move, have all items boxed up and ready to go. If you need beds or furniture disassembled, we do not mind doing it but the move will take less time if everything is already taken apart upon our arrival.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local labor help. We will load and/or unload any type of truck, container, storage unit, POD, trailers, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people on a daily basis and we take pride in the work that we do!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All members have to take a standard moving training course as well as on-the-job training.
