Justin did a great job. The piano was a challenge but handled well. He & his brother were efficient & careful. They treated our stuff like it was theirs. I’ll use them again!

They were super slow and ran over the allotted time. They took breaks, talked, and slowly loaded the truck. We ended up paying two hours over!!! They got here at 12:30 and they just finished at 5:00 for a two bedroom condo. Please find another company that can be more professional. You get what you pay for.

Mover's response:

You guys had a huge amount of stuff. We let you know before we picked anything up that it would go over. You agreed. There was a flight of stairs. Four hours with stairs and a fully loaded 26ft truck is normal amount of time. You weren't prepared and we had to make tons of extra trips that we wouldn't have to do if things were ready. We took zero breaks. It's hot. It's Florida. Having a drink if water isn't a break. Yes we talk. We communicate how we best can move your furniture without damaging or wasting time. Any other conversation took place while moving the furniture. You provided zero furniture pads and made our job more difficult for no reason.
