I was not satisfied with this company at all. First I called numerous times to never get a call back the owner when he came to my place did not even greet me or could care less about my concerns. The two helpers were on time although I felt my job needed more than two people and I asked them when they got to the job if they thought they could handle it and they said yes. A couple hours in I asked again for them to call for more help this job was allotted 4 hours which the job went over 8 hours and I had to help load and unload the UHaul which I shouldn’t have had to do. A lot of my items were damaged by the workers banging it against stare wells and just the way they were handling the items. I used hire a helper before and was very satisfied with the first company but definitely NOT happy with W P&L moving company. I called hire a helper to express my concerns and they still charged me way over after telling them that I asked the workers to call and get more help that morning. My move was from 9:15am to around 6:00pm which should have ended at 1:00pm.

The workers did a fantastic job. They were friendly and got to know us. They arrived early. They worked hard and knew how to handle our furniture with care. They didn’t waste anytime. As soon as they had brought a load up to the apartment they were on their way down to get the next load. They asked at the end if we needed any other help with the move. I would hire them again!
