The guys showed up early and were very nice but they did not do a very good job of actually taking care with my belongings. I watched them put a hole in the back of my dresser and no one said a word. Then I found a three inch gash in my headboard later. Plus, I had most of my boxes labeled and many of them were put in the wrong rooms, or placed on the wrong end or upside down which caused damage once I opened them. The company I hired to pack my truck had a much more difficult task, took much better care of my belongings and they were half the price. The guys were very nice but I was not satisfied with the work provided. I would not recommend them again.

This was my first time dealing with a moving service and I have to say, they did a very mediocre job. They were late, unprofessional in the sense that they were going back and forth with their boss on the phone while in front of me, didn't wrap major pieces of furniture properly (I had to ask them to re-do it) and I think they were really in a rush to get done. The thing that frustrated me most - they didn't close the U-Pack truck properly. They just left the wooden covering on the floor. When the man from U-Pack came to pick up the trailer he actually laughed because he said as long as he'd been working there, he had never seen a moving company NOT do it. I felt taken advantage of.

This was a very hot and messy job of cleaning out stuff from an attic. The two gentlemen could not have worked harder or been nicer. They were really the best movers I've worked with. We will use wp and l again. We are happy to provide references for the company and the dedicated men who helped us out.

I was supposed to be called so I could meet them at the storage facility. They called when they arrived and it took me twenty minutes to get there. The whole thing took only a half hour. It I had no choice other than to pay $300 for the half hour's work. They did a good job, but the price was unfair. I'm a 70-year-old woman who had no choice but to hire someone. It's not right. No fault of the workers. It's a company problem.
