Very thankful for their help on short (less than 24 hr) notice. The folks I originally lined up flaked on me and failed me. WP&L did not. WP&L were on time and did the work. WP&L were all business and professional. I needed a couple hours help to load some larger items into a box truck. They did that plus the rest of the items to be moved. I’d recommend and use again if needed.

I hired 2 movers to load my U-Haul to move from a 2br/2ba apt. Vernard and Hugh were right on time - I received a call in the morning confirming everything and another call when they were 15 minutes away. I have never seen a more satisfying packing of a U-Haul than what these two gentlemen pulled off. I had a lot of boxes and furniture, they used up every inch of space available for maximum packing efficiency. They used great care with my items and came with plastic wrap to use with the furniture pads to further protect my items. I am so glad I hired WP&L for this move! I would 100% use them again!

They arrived on time but completely unprepared. They previously took pictures of items I wanted wrapped, but brought no supplies. One guy left to buy the packing supplies. In the meantime a friend arrived and was able to provide what was needed. And instead of the 2 hours estimated they took 4 hours. Very slow. I would NOT hire them again.

WP and Jermaine were right on time and worked continuously until they left. I had planned for two hours but needed them for three. They were absolutely wonderful!!
I wish the POD people would automatically refer customers to a company with professional packers who know how to utilize space in the POD. Two friends of mine had partially packed the POD but it was sloppy and the space not utilized. This is going to be a suggestion I make to the POD people. Jermaine had to partially repack things so there would be space for everything else that needed to go in there.
