They were within time frame but late per their phone call. They were unprepared with equipment to move boxes. Luckily the community we moved in to had trollies. They were polite. They loaded boxes on carts upside down. What a mess! The main person complained that we only tipped 40$ but we hired two people and he brought 3. No I do not recommend. And I do not recommend Hire A Helper and have communicated this fact to PODs

Overall they completed the job timely. They showed up ill equipped, the job was to move a washer and dryer from downstairs to the driveway. They showed up with a standard dolly, not an appliance dolly. Asked me if I had straps use to hold the machines to the Dollie’s. I didn’t, so they used my duct tape. I was assured, and paid accordingly, that I was going to have experienced appliance movers, - did not happen.
