The two man crew that was sent was first rate. First, they were on time which was a big help. They were efficient with the work, but also very careful not to damage walls, floors or the items being moved. The load did not fill the entire truck so there was the potential for items to shift but the crew tied things down such that the move went perfectly - nothing slipped or got damaged in transit. And aside from just being good at the job, they were professional and nice. I can safely recommend this team to others and am confident if this same crew showed up you would have a similar experience.

Called before arrival, worked hard, and packed efficiently and carefully. I only wish that when it became apparent everything would not fit into our 16' POD they had talked to me, instead of spending a half hour OT trying to MAKE it fit. No harm, no foul though... I write it off to experience and I hope they see it as an opportunity for improvemment.

Helpers got into fight amongest themselves because one worker Jermaine was doing all of the work, while the other worker was on his cell phone CJ, not doing work, took away from time I paid for. Leather couch ended with holes in it. And badly scuffed. Jermaine deserves a 10 star CJ a deserves 0 bad worker. Overall experience bad.
