Good team with hard workers. The team finished early, but the company refused to reimburse for the extra two hours of service even though they had you sign for the time the service was complete.

They were early and very polite. We had a somewhat challenging move to a second story condo. It was understandable that it took longer than it typically would have (we had to add an extra hour). However, I was disappointed that I saw and heard several of my items being banged into boxes/other furniture, doorways or the floor at times. I think it was because one of the guys thought he could bring up multiple items at once, but then didn't adjust/watch carefully when going through doors or passing other furniture. I did not see the second guy have any of these same issues - he did a great job. All in all, it was an okay job considering the rate.
