The two unloaders showed up early, which was a little tight since we were just getting our keys for the new apartment but they worked with us and got the truck unloaded in the required timeframe. They were very helpful to my wife as she located the furniture in the correct spots, etc.

The guys they sent out were very hard workers and did a good job of packing the truck. Unfortunately, they were about an hour and a half later than what was originally stated to me on the phone earlier in the week. I was also told they would bring certain supplies and I would provide others. They showed up with nothing. This was very frustrating! To try to speed things along, my wife had to leave to buy some. Again the workers were great, but if I used this company again I would have plans in writing of when they are showing up, what they are providing, and what I am providing.
