Our two movers arrived on time. They handled our items carefully and packed our things expertly. One particularly tricky item was a very heavy mattress which they wrapped and carried down two narrow flights of stairs with approximately eight very tight 90 degree turns under a sloped ceiling. No damage occurred to the walls, floors or ceilings. Thank you for a job well done.

Kangaroo did a great job loading my POD. They arrived on time and quickly loaded it efficiently and effectively: they got a lot more stuff into the pod than I was expecting: a nice surprise.
I also had an upright piano and an organ to load. They did a good job with them. They were experienced and I got a good value for my money. I recommend you use Kangaroo Movers as well.

A really good experience for me in that I just needed an extra hand. When Nikita and Alex showed up, they made it clear they were ready to work and for me to observe. Every time I attempted to help, they insisted that I just direct them and continue to make my phone calls and let them do the heavy lifting. Not being accustomed to that as "Time is Money" I found that getting other tasks done during the move really made it one of the most stress free moves ever. Even without my physical help, we (They) finished ahead of schedule, I wasn't out of breath, sweaty or stressed at all. I've had "Help" plenty of times during past moves but this one in particular goes down as one of the easiest and most enjoyable of all (Yes, you heard me say it?) Thank you both for your professionalism as well as pleasant demeanors. I've already shared your contact info with others and will continue to do so.

The two guys that came for two hours did a great job loading our furniture into the Pod container. They were quick and efficient and were very careful not to damage anything. I would highly recommend them. One thing to note that has nothing to do with the movers themselves. After they were done, and I was completing the online documents, there is a place to put numbers for EXTRA hours worked. If you aren’t paying close enough attention you think it’s to confirm the actual hours of work. I didn’t notice this until I got the final invoice and saw the extra charge. Fortunately when I immediately contacted Hire a Helper the corrected it after verifying the hours with the movers so kudos for that.

The two helpers were great at moving our belongings quickly and carefully from the Pod to their truck and then from their truck into our house. We would give a five star rating except that there was confusion on the number of hours and refund policy. While the movers finished the main move in just over three hours, we had pre-paid five hours. The movers should have been more clear on the five hour allocation and offered to spend the remaining time to help unwrap the belongings. However, they thought we might get a refund for the unused time, so we let them go only to find out later that the unused time was not refundable.
