Overall, they were pretty inefficient. They would ask me where to put things, and would often ignore my answer. After they left, I wound up moving furniture around myself. I asked them to assemble the bed before they left, and even though the service stated that they would have tools for assembly, they did not have the tools. They made it work with wrenches, but it was not professional work, and it took them almost an hour to assemble four legs onto a bed frame.
The one thing that really bothered me, though, was that the movers wanted me to leave a google review for them before they left my place. I said I was too exhausted to do it immediately, and I offered to do it later. Well, the movers texted me later that night asking me to send them a screenshot of the review. This felt incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional, and it definitely made me uncomfortable.
I absolutely would not use these movers again.
