They were very friendly, but so unprepared. No dolly (they said they left it somewhere) so we had to ask a neighbor to let them borrow one. They were exhausted and moved slowly. They were even wearing flip flops! Was not the service we expected.
That is correct. The team did forget the dolly at one that pass jobs and our management as well as a team. Completely forgot about that until the day of the move. Which we do apologize about not having a dolly. All of our teens are prepared to move any and all items as a two-man team individually. We don't necessarily need a dolly or each and every item or even move. But we do appreciate your neighbor letting us borrow a Dolly.
With a team being exhausted, we do have multiple moves a day and with the as hot as it has been, we do provide the teams with water and ice etc. Would you always tell the team to take the time and be safe but we also need to be fast and efficient. We don't need anyone out there passing out, going to the hospital from dehydration or getting injured or damaging any items.
A lot of the teams. They change shoes between jobs or they have some down time between jobs to relax I do know that this driver specifically in between jobs. He wears his slides most the time when the guys arrive they want to go ahead and get the job knocked out phenoling themselves but you guys. So when you get the day on and we do apologize about him not taking time. Put his shoes on by having the slides as unprofessional as that may look does not inhibit all capacity performing our duties. Our movers, Terrance and Josh, were fantastic. Our move would not have been possible without their help. They worked very hard for the entire 2 hours and came prepared with a dolly and hand truck. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to move!
