Hired Agapi Moving to help execute the final leg of our family's cross country move to Cleveland. I chose the company based on their solid reviews and was not disappointed. Dijon contacted me right away, asked all the right questions and instantly gave me the impression that he was highly experienced and someone to be trusted and relied upon to go the extra mile. Thankfully, that turned out to be true, as our freight mover failed to arrive at the new home with our belongings at the agreed upon time and let us know this as we were boarding our flight. Dijon stepped in immediately and became the direct POC on the ground while we were in the air to negotiate the freight delivery with local parking enforcement and our dad who held the key to the home. He and his crew came out to the site multiple times and showed incredible grace and patience when the freight driver failed to appear with the truck. The truck finally appeared the next day and Dijon and his crew drove out yet again to meet it and transfered our belongings from the truck to the house, taking extra care with high value and fragile items, and ensuring that the flooring was safe from any damage. They were incredibly strong and the speed with which they completed the project made up for the stress of waiting for the third party vendor to deliver. I would definitely recommend them, especially if your move is logistically complex or involves items which require special handling.

Absolutely awesome! Thin is the company to use and their crew is awesome…polite, professional, and they were built like tanks. They lifted some serious furniture into our house…no problem! At the end of the day they cleaned everything up and double and triple checked if there was anything else we needed them to do before they left. If you are looking for serious help then stop looking! You found it!!!
