The crew was super communicative up front so we knew when to expect them. Our expert teams will communicate to you their estimated arrival time, will arrive in uniform, take a quick walk-through with you to go over what is being moved in order to fully understand your expectations. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To save time and be more cost efficient, stack all packed boxes in an area near exit, make sure to keep clear pathways, small children and pets entertained in out of the way area, disassemble furniture, have extra boxes, tape, sharpies, plastic wrap and furniture pads. Ensure your car and moving truck are fueled up, power on at new location, elevator locked off for apartments, mail forwarded, and be sure you have all keys you’ll need at your new place
