The two gentlemen were on time and ready to off load the 26 foot U-Haul truck. They went right to work and kept a steady pace even though the temp was in the high 80s to low 90s. They were care full with all of the furniture and boxes and put everything in its place. We will use them again when the rest of the family arrives with the remaining contents of our former house.

Darrell and his team mate Derek were so wonderful and efficient! They took the time to read the labels of each box and bag to make sure they knew which room to bring each box or bag to.
Darrell was very organized and he even sorted out the boxes/bags ahead of time before they brought them inside the house.
We really appreciate their great professionalism and team work.

For the price, I was expecting competent professionals; instead I got inept amateurs. I offered to give them ratchet straps / rope to secure the load, they said they didn't need it. I assumed from that, they would pack everything nice and tight . I informed them that "everything is fragile."
One of them dropped a box of vintage vacuum tubes. As I watched it became apparent they were not highly trained in packing / loading. The crew that unloaded even remarked that it was very poorly packed.
The first bump on leaving I felt and heard the load shift.
Antique dresser leg broken
Refrigerator has two large scratches on the side, and two dents on the freezer door.
Coffee table has a large gouge in the top
Lamp broken.
We are still assessing the extent of damages, as we have not fully unpacked all the boxes.
I would not recommend this crew.

We had two helpers for two hours for a 8x8 container. Both were absolutely amazing, moved everything in the two hour window and packed it all perfectly. No complaints whatsoever

Horrible experience, I have moved many times and have never had such a terrible experience. Items broken, quit 40 minutes early on the first day, packed cubes so items would shift and break, packed table legs without the top, added outdoor items that were meant to stay and left a room full of items oit. Had to hire another moving company to rearrange and repack, thank goodness hey we’re fantastic.
