Same day assignment, communicated throughout the process, on time arrival with three fellows instead of two and made quick work of emptying POD heavy item like sofabed, tables and boxes. Came prepared and brought their own equipment to complement our tools. Definitely appreciated the muscle.

They showed on time and worked hard. Their ability to load the Pod was questionable. My husband reloaded the Pod and got a lot more in it.
We had to reserve a Uhaul truck and they were not able to get everything into it 3 days later. When told there were things in the house that needed to put into the Pod early they continued emptying the garage. Furniture was loaded last and they didn’t get the air compressor in from the garage. Not a lot of common sense.

I'd like to provide a little context for future readers. Your move was originally scheduled for 2 movers for 3 hours. During our 24-hour confirmation call, after reviewing the scope of the job, which included loading both a 16' POD and a 15' moving truck, I explained that this was likely more work than two movers could complete in the allotted time. You agreed to add a third mover to help maximize what could be accomplished.
Our crew loaded the truck first before beginning the POD, but due to the amount of furniture, boxes, and preparation involved, we were unable to complete everything within the scheduled time. During the busy summer season, we unfortunately aren't always able to extend jobs because of other scheduled moves.

After booking expect a text or email to go over final details, As well as a courtesy text 24 Hrs prior to ensure everything is as scheduled.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will show up on time, and will do a walkthrough of the house, then begin prepping furniture and moving accordingly.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is packed prior, shrink wrap items with drawers, clothes work great in trash bags and can be used as buffers.
