Don and Chuck were extremely helpful, hardworking, and kind. They arrived on time and were able to get my large sofa down 4 flights of steps - something that I had been worried about for 2 and a half years. They packed the POD I had rented very securely and used plenty of plastic wrap and padding that I provided. I would absolutely recommend!

They called 20 min before arrival and arrived on time with masks on. They were courtesy and professional and worked well just 2 of them finishing ahead of 2 hours when I had purchased and extra hour. They came prepared with tools and wrapped my belongs very well and didn't scratch any walls. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
