The unloading process was fantastic by Matt and Darryl! They showed up exactly on time at 3:30, and only took about an hour and 15 minutes to unload all of my belongings to a third floor apartment (with an elevator). They did a great job asking where I would like certain items. Contact with the owner was particularly great! Wes confirmed my apt within 45 min of booking, asked for an ETA bc I was moving from out of state (MD) and was able to coordinate a team to be there right when we arrived with the truck. He also called to confirm they were there and also after the payment was made to ensure I had satisfactory service! Very responsive! Highly reccommended!

Quinnel and Sharrod did an incredible job. They kept moving and hauled heavy furniture without nicking a thing. Quinnel made excellent suggestions on how to best pack everything in the 26-foot U-Haul. It was clear he knew what he was doing, so I turned all of the loading and packing decisions over to him and he fit everything together so tightly that it will not shift during the long drive from Delaware to Florida. They are both highly recommended!

Workers were great, polite and professional, but Power Movers over-scheduled the them. They were scheduled to arrive between 1pm and 2pm and ended up showing up at 4:15pm. I was offered a pathetic $20 off for the tardiness. Not happy with this company.
