No call, no show, no response back from text inquiring about ETA. It took the hire helper an hour to reach the owner to determine the issue. My scheduled time was 8am-9am. I did not know the status of the loaders until 11am. I understand that things happen... what is unacceptable is the lack of communication and professionalism.
