The two gentlemen communicated when traffic was more than anticipated, and I appreciated that. It was only about 10 to 15 minutes difference and being a commuter. I certainly understood that. They both were very professional, personable, communicated, and answered all my questions that I had during this process. I consider myself very lucky with the two guys that came and worked so very hard.
