Arrived at scheduled time, loaded my truck within 2 hours,
When I got to my location a 12 hour drive. Nothing was broken, damaged or had even shifted.
They are experienced and just a great group that made my move seamless.

They were not on time and we had to unload half of the truck ourselves. When they did arrive it only took an hour to finish unloading and I had to pay the full two hours, which as far as I’m concerned is bad business practice and will not be using your company again.
Our arrival was delayed due to heavy rain and a traffic accident on the Skyway Bridge, which created significant delays that were outside of our control. We communicated the delay and still arrived to complete the scheduled service.
Regarding the final charge, our company has a clearly established two-hour minimum for moving services. This minimum applies to all scheduled moves, even when the remaining work is completed in less than two hours. Once our crew arrived, they worked efficiently and completed the remaining unloading in approximately one hour.
We understand that delays can be frustrating, but the two-hour minimum is a standard part of our pricing policy and was not an additional or unexpected charge based on the time it took to finish the job. We appreciate your business and respect your decision, but we also believe it is important to provide the full context regarding the delay and billing.

We had 3 guys come and load our 26 foot truck in just under 2 hours! They were amazing! Showed up on time, were very professional, worked continuously, wrapped all of our furniture and were very respectful. Definitely would recommend Dave and his team!

They we’re on time and did a remarkable job in 78% humidity. They got the par loaded in an hour and 15 minutes. Nice guys.! the only thing that I could mention that your company could do better with is give them a rope to use. They used my clothesline. Also, let people know that they need to have a cover for their sofa, chairs, mattress, etc.
