BBM needs someone that answers the phone! There was no confirmation just before by call or text. Donovan was steller, I'd use him again. He brought his dolly, knew what to do, knew when to ask. The other was late & did not bring a dolly. Move was successful. I don't like not talking to the actual guys doing the work. Some miscommunication was there.

They were on time and worked quickly, finishing within the timeframe for which they had been hired. While very nice and seemingly knew what they were doing, I was disappointed when unloading the moving truck and finding damage because they didn’t use padding available to wrap furniture. As a result, my solid oak dining table now has a large deep scratch on the top, multiple new scratches on bed frame as well as book case. Also, when packing, they didn’t use all tie downs I provided and when we started to remove a mattress, items behind shifted and fell forward. Fortunately, nothing broke. Additionally, items were recklessly placed on top of my leather furniture causing small punctures.
