Hands down best movers I’ve had. Not only did we get done on time, we got a lot more packed with their help than anticipated. Even when certain furniture required assembly and disassembly or awkward clearances, there was a way to get it done. Awesome job and I look forward to using H&M for our next move!

I had several pieces of furniture damaged during my move, and overall the experience was extremely disappointing.
While helping to disassemble two pieces of furniture, the movers used the wrong tools and severely stripped nearly every bolt. Instead of using an Allen wrench or hex bit, they attempted to use a Phillips head, which caused significant damage to the hardware. My dad had to step in and disassemble both pieces of furniture to prevent further damage. As a result, I can no longer use a drill on these bolts and now have to rely on pliers just to assemble or take apart my furniture.
There were also clear issues with how my items were handled. At one point, my tabletop was leaned against a wall and almost immediately slid and crashed to the floor. Thankfully, it wasn’t damaged, but it showed a lack of care. While loading my dresser, one of the drawers fell inside the truck, and the handle was shattered. This dresser is no longer sold, so I now have to purchase a replacement handle. Since I would prefer the handles all match, I’ll need to replace all six remaining handles as well.
More concerning, my antique marble-topped table was not properly secured in the truck and was transported upright. Given its heavy top with delicate legs, it should have been placed upside-down to prevent stress on the legs. Instead, the legs broke off during transit. I ultimately had to rearrange items in the truck myself to keep things from shifting further.
To make matters worse, I was charged extra because the job ran 20 minutes over time. However, the delay was largely due to the crew being unprepared and spending excessive time trying to disassemble furniture without the proper tools, and not being very efficient in loading the truck.
For comparison, a separate moving team at my new home, just two people, unloaded the truck, reloaded items for storage, met us at the storage unit, and completed a second unload in less time than it took three movers from this company to load my apartment. They also did it for HALF the price. Because of how long the initial move took, I ended up loading the items I had in a storage unit myself.
Overall, this experience reflected poor preparation, lack of care, and inefficient service.

secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced
