Absolutely perfect. They were professional in every way and definitely know what they are doing. Very prompt, efficient, strategical, and remember where everything goes. They probably did it in half the time it would have taken me to move everything. 100% couldn't recommend them enough.

They showed up to the job unprepared. My service request specifically stated I had a piano and paid for extra services for that. Couldn't get a hold of a manager to speak to directly. The main guy was rude to my dad after he came to rescue them with the right equipment to use. I was asked to purchase equipment they needed. One guy left the job to get supplies and I'm still waiting for the refund from his time away from the job. I instructed them I only wanted the big items moved and I only had them for a specific amount of time which they were also not made aware of from Management. This was the worst experience I've ever had and will not use them again.

Moving is stressful,. Days or weeks of preparation then moving day arrives and you hope you’ve chosen a mover with the best experience to handle the heavy lifting.
I feel very fortunate to have contracted with A2B movers. Reservation was received by the office and I was contacted to see if I had any questions.
Then the day before the reservation was confirmed. The estimate was charged to my card. Very efficient and professional transaction.
The movers arrived the next morning. Adil and Sergio seemed to be as careful with my items as they would be with their own. They navigated narrow hallways, low overheads and steps like pros. The 2 of them moved items I thought would take 4 people.
All of this with a calm, friendly attitude, completely putting me at ease. I recommend A2B movers. I would recommend adding time to your calculation - it will take longer than the online estimate.
