Called them after the move as almost every piece of furniture had marks and chips. Had just bought a brand new table & chairs right before we moved and is NO longer worth keeping. Big scrapes on sofa, no longer worth keeping. We gave them blankets to put over all the chairs for the table and they never covered them.
When I called he got VERY BELLIGERENT with me. Started calling me names right away which was uncalled for.
YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS GUY & HIS TEAM.

Showed up just slightly later than expected. Polite young men. Did a good job to get everything out of the apartment and onto the truck. Did break 2 legs off of an entertainment desk that was very heavy. Apologized and bossman called later to offer to help “make it right”. One guy left for about 20 minutes during the 2 hours to check on another job. Bottom line they did all the heavy lifting and got us loaded for the move. Grateful!

The crew arrived on time, completed the unloading, and actually finished sooner than expected. I appreciated that and tipped them for their work.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was affected by the interactions throughout the job. Before we even started, I spent a considerable amount of time being told why my unloading plan wouldn't work, only for it to work just fine and finish ahead of schedule. I felt talked down to rather than listened to.
What left the biggest impression on me, however, was watching how the lead interacted with the new employee on what I was told was his first day. As someone who has spent many years leading teams, I pay close attention to how leaders treat the people they work with. Leadership is about taking care of your crew, and based on what I observed that day, I was disappointed.
The job was completed successfully, but because of that experience, I would not choose to hire this company again.

Jesse and Lenny were exceptional movers. They arrived early, were prepared for the job, worked incredibly hard, and were very respectful of our property and goods.
They were very polite, worked very well together, and were a pleasure to be around.
