We just moved to the Spokane, WA area and used Hire a Helper to unload a large U-Haul truck. We were extremely happy with the two men who arrived. They were on time, courteous, strong, worked quickly and finished on-time. We would definately use Hire a Helper again.

These guys are very considerate and did all I ask them to do. I am grateful that they went out of their way to help me out when it is far too heavy for me to carry. They were professional and very courteous and willing to listen no matter how difficult the day is. They did a fantastic job. I recommend them to future customers. The workers were great!Worked the whole two hours straight wihout stopping. Very helpful in getting the maximum household goods packed in our cargo trailer. Would definitely use them again !

Kirk Brown's movers (Robert and Frank) were friendly and careful. They did a great job packing the little truck I rented and making sure everything was safe. On the downside they were a little late getting to my place, and were a little slow packing so I was late arriving at my new home. Regardless, these guys are good.

Was very disappointed with the service. The two workers were supposed to help unload a moving truck. They worked for 2 1/2 hours (if you include their smoke break) and then were ready to leave, even though I had paid for 4 hours. When asked if they would assemble two bed frames that had been moved, they said that they didn't bring any tools with them. When informed that we had any tools that they might need, they said that no one had told them that they had to assemble anything and left. When I contacted the company, they offered to come and assemble the beds but then called later to indicate that they couldn't make it. We rescheduled for a later date but, on the scheduled date, they did not show and did not call. Feel strongly that they should refund the 1 1/2 hours of fees that they did not earn.
