Unfortunately the day they moved my furniture it was pouring rain and my furniture wasn’t wrapped. So when they took my table in the door, my table was scratched up, and my sectional couch was full of mud.. They were nice people I’m sure they didn’t mean to damage my stuff but it was damaged bringing the furniture into my new home. My furniture is quality furniture. Mistakes happen however I did have damages. I give them 4 stars
