They showed up early, and two of them effectively unloaded and transported the contents of a 16 foot Penske Truck across the backyard and down into the basement through the external hatchway in less time than I took three of us with dollies to load the truck. They did a great job and placed everything exactly where I wanted. If I wanted something moved around inside the basement once they transported it down, they were professional, courteous, and happy to do it.

Sloppy and barely adequate. Would not recommend. Didn't use the shrink wrap or the tie downs I explicitly gave them. Arrived on time, worked hard, but a bit sloppy with my things. Didn't wrap my furniture as I asked them to, twice. They kept trying to leave early and I had to say twice, "I still have you for 20 minutes." The supervisor/manager said they only loaded the containers and anything else, "was out of the goodness of their hearts." They stayed the entire prepaid time and followed direction if I was forceful and watched them. They did not pack the containers very well, and did not leave room for last minute items (vacuum cleaner, step stools, toolbox), as I asked them to do. By the time I realized most of these issues they were already gone, disappeared while I was upstairs. Wished I hadn't tipped them 20%.
