D&J did a great job in moving my items from the storage container into my new home. They were very helpful and did a great job in a short time. I would use them again in the future and I will recommend them to anyone needing moving assistance.

They were suppose to arrive between noon and 1 PM. They called and said they would be late, arrived at 2:40 PM. The move was not completed until well past dark at 7:40 PM. They were not prepared, the equipment, dolly, was a cheap undersized one. They were a father and son team. I asked how old the boy was and the father told me 15. The boy could not lift the furniture at all times, he had to take many breaks. They sat our furniture on the ground/driveway several times. They were respectful and nice but nice is not what I paid almost $500.00 for. I would never use them again. I feel like I overpaid at least $200.00. If I had any idea this was such a poorly managed company, meaning HireAHelper, I would never have called you in the first place.

Our movers were not on time. They were about an hour late. It took them awhile to get organized once they did arrive. Mac was a hard worker and would ask us if it was ok to take a break which was very seldom. The other guy, I believe was named Bob stood around a great deal of the time talking and only helped when Mac needed him to help lift heavy items. Bob took frequent breaks which caused my husband, grandson, and myself to have to do a lot of the loading. We also wanted them to work two additional hours which they had to come back the next day to complete. Overall we were not very satisfied with the company.

This company was amazing! They were on a move in Branson, MO that was taking longer than expected, but kept their word to be at my move by 7:00pm. When they arrived, the moving truck provided to me would not start. This crew not only went above and beyond by helping us jump it so we could do the move, they did it with patience and understanding. I will be recommending them to all storage customers at the 4 locations I manage who require assistance with their move!
