I hired two helpers from Pack NW Moving to unload our POD of belongings shipped across the country. The POD included a couple heavy items including an electric recliner. Jasper and Payton showed up right on time. They were very professional and proceeded to move our belongings to our second floor apartment without delay. They completely emptied our POD in under two hours. I was very impressed with them and would work through NW Moving and hire them again in a heart beat. I highly recommend NW Moving.

I'm not one who typically leaves reviews, but here we go:
I paid for two movers for two hours to help move our furniture from one apartment to another nearby - seemed fairly simple. Only one guy showed up and he was 45 minutes late. He spent much of his time I paid for trying to find another person to help. He was nice, but looked and smelled horrible - no company shirt or anything. He had what looked like grease all over his hands which damaged our furniture. I ended up calling my son, who was working, so that he and I plus the one Pack NW mover could move our furniture. I've tried calling the owner and scheduler at the company many times, but they just text me back that they are busy and will call later. So far, no follow up call and it has been 9 days. At this point they have basically stolen the $364 I pre paid for services which they did not provide. They refuse to answer their phone or texts and they refuse to refund my money. I own a service-based business and I would never treat a customer of mine like this and expect to stay in business very long. I absolutely do not recommend to anyone to use Pack NW Moving.

The wonderful job part was they packed the trailer excellent. However, they put things in my car without asking and I was not happy about that because I had things positioned to where I could get to my water and overnight case already in the car but I could not get to anything I needed for the three nights before I could unpack anything ; as a result I had no underwear, no PJs nothing I needed in my overnight case as I could not even see where it was. I will unpack my car Monday to see if I can find what I need, m in other words I did not want them to pack my car! I had to put my clothes in storage instead of putting them in my car

Excellent service. I would highly recommend them. My sister moved to Rapid City and having Joe and Stephan on this end of the move to help unload her 20 foot U-Haul truck made the move so much easier.
We had everything unloaded in less than two hours with four people unloading. Joe and Stephan took great care in unloading the truck to make sure everything arrived in my sisters new home safely.
We would not hesitate to use the again.
