They were a little late (less than an hour) but called to let me know they were held up in traffic and told me approximately when they would arrive. They had arrived by the new time they had given me. They were very polite and friendly but also very efficient in moving my property. They were very respectful of my property, carefully handling both the furniture and the boxes. Even though they had to contend with a hill, they completed the job in less time than I had estimated. One of the guys almost ran up that hill every time he took a box, no matter how heavy it was! They made sure they had everything I wanted included. I thought they were prepared, efficient, polite and hard working and I would definitely use them again.

3 hours late. 4 member crew but only 2 worked steadily. It was a hot day and 1 would often carry a single small box to the basement and then she would stay there for a while, probably to keep cool. She was the most useless part of the crew, accomplishing very little. The other crew member who didn’t work as much as he should might want to consider a job that won’t tax him so much physically. He was always red in the face, sweating profusely, and looked like he might have a heart attack at any moment. The other two crew members more than pulled their weight. No one introduced themselves or wore any type of uniform. We didn’t even know if anyone was in charge and only found out who was boss at the end when we signed the paperwork. At least one member hid behind the PODS to smoke. There was no plan to any of their work. Over 3 chaotic hours our belongings were placed randomly and without care despite our instructions. Heavy items, including large TV’s were just dropped onto the floor, often in the wrong location. So now we are having to correct everything. Clearly marked fragile goods were mixed with heavy boxes that crushed them. Warnings about bottom load and top load were ignored completely, resulting in some breakage. We have moved dozens of times and this crew was one of the worst we’ve ever had. No, I would not hire this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Two stars are a courtesy for the thin older man and the heavier “boss” who both worked steadily. Those two could have handled everything on their own and much more carefully. The other two should earn their keep at totally different jobs.

They were incredibly outstanding, I booked 3 hours wondering if it all be done by then, they did it nonstop in less than 2, never resting. Amazingly professional. Bell has a reputation for being the best in the area (but un fortunately don’t do long distance which I need) now I see why
