Very disappointed in the service. I specifically requested assistance with packing fragile items in my request - they knew less about packing fragile items than I did. I told them I needed help packing pictures and then when one had a question, I went to answer came back and the pictures were gone. Turns out they didn't even put bubble wrap around the pictures. Antique glass lamp needed packing and I had to stop them from just dumping (without any wrap) into a box.
I would NOT use them again. In addition I felt a lot of pressure to tip them at the end, even though they asked for a drink and asked for mints that I had on the counter. In addition, one used the restroom at our house AND he wanted to charge his phone. I expected assistance with packing and had requested that.
