Thank you for your review. However, we respectfully disagree with several points in your review. First of all, this move took place during extreme heavy rain (31th July 2026) that even the state of Minnesota declared a Hazardous Weather Outlook and a Flood warning. Despite that, we worked hard, completely drenched. Safety has always been our first priority and today that meant working more carefully than we would on a clear day. Even then, an apartment load/unload would take 3 to 4 hours on average. You booked us for 2 hours which was the minimum, and we did tell you that we are available for the unload if you are to book an extra hour, which you chose not to. Regarding your mattress, we had to move outdoors in heavy rain, with no mattress covers. We did not set your mattress on the ground outside at all and set it in the truck which was wet. Under those conditions, moisture was impossible to avoid. This is why we always recommend using a mattress cover every time. We take pride in our work and always strive to provide the best service, even under very challenging conditions. We appreciate your business and wish you the best.
