The patience, understanding, and communication demonstrated throughout the unloading process were exceptional. Despite the unexpected and significant shifting of my belongings caused by the improper loading, the gentlemen remained professional, courteous, and supportive from start to finish.
They carefully assessed the condition of the load, took the time to explain what had occurred, and unloaded my belongings with great care to prevent any additional damage. Throughout the process, they kept me informed, answered my questions, and showed genuine concern for the condition of my property.
In addition, they thoroughly explained the claims process for the damaged items, ensuring I understood the necessary steps and documentation required to submit my claim. Their professionalism, empathy, and commitment to customer service helped ease what had otherwise been a very frustrating experience. While the damage to my belongings was unfortunate and preventable, the unloading team handled the situation with integrity and made every effort to assist me during a difficult circumstance.

Daniel was on time and VERY helpful. He was very polite, asked questions about what we wanted, and communicated very well. Mike was late and the entire vibe changed after he arrived. I am not sure if this was just their dynamic and mutual joking that we could not understand; however, Mike was yelling and condescending to Daniel almost the entire time. This made myself, my spouse, and my father-in-law very uncomfortable. To note, I am someone who is very sarcastic and "jokes" similarly, but this was a level of cutting down on another person that did not feel like a joke. Mike also made assumptions about mine and my spouses house and abilities (that we were not the ones doing the work, that "Wow they have a lot of work to do" thinking there were other people being contracted to do the work as we had many materials out because we had been doing updates before moving in, and making decisions for us when we were not yet certain where we wanted things because "I have experience as a Realtor and so I know these things" and then would act shocked and judgmental when we would move something somewhere else). It is my perspective that this was due to our gender. Mike was also dragging furniture across the hardwood floor that we had just re-finished, though he did stop once my FIL asked him to which I appreciated.
