They came about 15 minutes late, however, they did the job, but that was about it. They understood they were only going to be there a set time, however they were moving slowly. I had friends and family there to help move boxes to set them closer to the trailer to save time and they were moving faster than them! Additionally, one of the movers was on his phone via ear-piece for a good portion of the time. Once we got the trailer to our destination, there were a multitude of squished and broken boxes, and items were just not stacked well in the trailer. Unbeknownst to me, my dining table was broken down. When I saw this, neither the table nor the legs were wrapped in the blanket that was initially on the table. Overall, I would not use their service again.

Excellent service. Team did great job with care. They were very kind efficient and supportive for all the items in house to be moved safely. Even went ahead to support additional help for sofa movement. They are professional and had all the tools required. I definitely recommend Sebastian movers to my friends and colleagues.
