The two gentlemen who came over to help me were great! They moved over 75 boxes of items and brought them exactly where I wanted them. They also moved some bigger items such as a chest of drawers, a bookcase, and a full-sized wood and stone dining room table which was heavy, along with 6 heavy wooden chairs. These guys worked hard and were very nice - I highly recommend them.

Prior to my trip to North Carolina I made arrangements through Hire a Helper. It was very easy to go online and schedule everything. Frank arrived on time at 9:30 am. I had a 26 foot Penske Truck packed to the hilt. The two helpers off loaded the items into a 10x20 storage shed. I really did not think it would all fit but they not only got everything in it there was room for my two double door gun safes and they assisted in helping me get them to the back, of the truck to off load with forklift. They did all of this in 1 1/2 hour. Unbelievable. I gave both a tip, not required, but they were that good. On time, professional, and concerned about getting the job done to my satisfaction. Hire a Helper!

I had two packers for approx. 4 hours...they were courteous, steady working and seemed to be knowledgeable but once I arrived at my destination I realized how inept their packing skills were. Many items were scratched (despite the fact that I provided plenty of packing blankets), numerous items were broken and boxes that clearly stated "fragile - do not stack on top of this box" where found at the bottom under 4 or 5 boxes. I haven't opened the boxes yet...I'm afraid of what has happened to the content. Wicker baskets were also at the bottom ...completely crushed under the weight. A $250 metal lamp was snapped in two, a concrete bird bath was smashed, an antique wicker table was ruined, numerous wood pieces were scratched to the point of no repair. The list goes on and on....and when I called Hire a Helper to complain I was basically told "hate it for you". I will not be using Christian Touch services or Hire a Helper again.
