I got a call from them stating they had arrived at my apartment. When I went down to greet them, they got out of the car, each with a lit cigarette in hand. Not exactly the greeting I was hoping for. They did take very good care of my belongings. It was raining (lightly) the entire move and the couch and chair have a 'skirt' that sat in the moisture on the floor of the moving truck. Most of it cleaned up OK, but in hind-sight, I wish we had put some protection down for the furniture to sit on. One asked several times if they were doing a good job to which I responded 'yes'. As their time progressed, it was stated that a high rating allowed more work; I'd rather not be told so many times that their next job was dependent on my recommendation. Let excellence show in their job performance rather than begin asked for.

The guys jumped right in on the heavy lifting and had a great attitude throughout the morning - even during the torrential downpour. The were both extremely polite and worked their tails off. We really feel like we got our money's worth. They packed our PODS with great care and as tightly as possible. Overall they did a very professional job and we are happy with the service.
