They were very personable and courteous. It took them longer to unload than I expected. One of the team members spent several minutes talking on his cell phone. He said it was his boss giving him instructions for the next job which I did not like since I was paying for their services at that time.
They were delayed in traffic but called to let me know. They were respectful of my items.

Anyway, Shannon and his young lady assistant sorry I have forgotten her name as she is a very pleasant person. Anyway, they did an awesome job and I suggest you pay them well so you can keep them on the payroll. Very efficient, polite and timely. Can not enough good about them. I would recommend your company again but I would ask for Shannon and Janet?
