I noticed over the service time period in a lot of cases the movers often used two people to lift things which only required one thus slowing down the move and them not completing what was required in the time allotted. The movers in VA loaded three times as many items into the truck in the same amount of time, 2 hrs and the NC movers only had to unload one third of the truck in 2 hrs with the rest going into storage. It seemed the guy always wanted to talk about things and every time he talked he stopped what he was doing, thus causing the job not to be completed in the 2 hrs.

We were informed the whole time about when they would arrive and they showed up ready to go. They were clearly prepared having braces and straps for moving large pieces. I was impressed at the care they took and their ability to make large pieces look easy to move! They were very respectful of our property and our time. Did a great job packing up everything so it fit as much as possible in the POD. We would certainly use them again!

The movers were great. Hire a helper on the other hand was the worst company I have ever done business with. I reserved my movers with my corporate card. When it was time to pay I called to give my personal credit card number to complete the payment. I was told they charged me the day before and were unable to change the payment method. Any merchant who accepts credit card payments have the ability to refund and credit a charge as they see fit. Since they were too lazy to make the effort, lied to me about their ability to do a refund despite the fact that I offered to let them run the charge on my personal card first, then do the refund and they still refused, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company as they do not have a clue about customer service. Because the charge went through and along with their refusal to credit that charge, I have been written up at work for improper use of my company credit card. These people do not care about you once they get your money.
